Come enjoy a morning of singing bowls and chair yoga with Brushwood Center at Ryerson Woods!
A singing bowl is a type of bowl that vibrates and produces a rich, deep tone when played. It creates sensations throughout your physical and emotional body when vibrations are played. Chair yoga is a great way to make yoga accessible to more people. The benefits of chair yoga include loosening and stretching painful muscles, reducing chronic pain, decreasing stress, and improving circulation. It also reduces anxiety, helps lower blood pressure, protects joints, and builds strength and balance.
