Story Sharing and Meditation for Veterans

This workshop provides a safe space for veterans to tell their own stories. Following a brief meditation, participants are given an opportunity to reflect and recall personal experiences using a series of short prompts on military service, nature, and wellness.
Writing materials will be provided at the Brushwood Center. If you attend virtually, please provide your own.

Program Details and Accessibility Information:
Location: Brushwood Center, accessible entrance from back of the building, all gendered restroom available, no water fountain, but water available upon request, places available to sit/rest
Activity Expectation: indoor, sitting, cushions available, writing
Sensory Expectations: indoor environment and forest landscape, very little noise, calming area, natural area sounds
Available Accommodations: No language interpretation available. No food being served.
