Nature in Concert: The Music of Bird Migration

Join special guest, Scott Judd, with Vladimir Kulenovic to celebrate the wonders of spring bird migration through discussion and song!
The program will begins a conversation in which Vlada and Scott share their personal experiences with birds, the music they make and the miracle of seasonal bird migration. They will then each perform a selection of bird-themed musical pieces, contrasting Vlada's classical roots with Scott's folk and bluegrass background.
$10 for Brushwood Center members and Village of Riverwoods Residents; $20 for nonmembers

About Scott Judd:
Scott Judd is an avid birdwatcher, photographer and musician in Chicago. He leads free local birdwalks and continues to develop and present a getting-started program for aspiring birdwatchers. From 2004-2019, Scott played guitar and sang with the Chicago-based Americana/Bluegrass band, Tangleweed, who performed hundreds of concerts and released five full-length albums over the course of their 15 year career.
