​Brushwood Center is thrilled to showcase a series of new work from Field Museum Artist-in-Residence, Peggy Macnamara. Join us in this celebration of her meaningful watercolors that elegantly detail different graceful perspectives of avian movements and poses. Also an accomplished author with 8 books in publication, Macnamara will be exhibiting paintings from her new books, The Peregrine Returns: The Art and Architecture of an Urban Raptor Recovery and Coloring Nature, her own a unique take on an adult coloring book.

Come for the art - stay for the coloring!
During the opening reception, select pages from Coloring Nature will be available to attendees who wish to try their hand at colored pencils.
