Nature Platoon: Outdoor Observation and Photography for Veterans

May 13th, 20th, and 27th at 4:00 p.m. CDT

This is a three-part virtual program built for veterans to utilize their military skills to deepen their connection to nature. Combining resourcefulness, reconnaissance skills, team discussions and photography, veterans will engage with the outdoors in new ways, learning and connecting to nature and each other throughout each session. Each session will be a blend of wildlife observation, interaction and reflection allowing veterans to look in while venturing out.

This program will be led by Aaron Wolf, a Marine Corps veteran who served in Iraq from 2007-2008 and now leads wilderness based programs with his company, Adventures Accessed.  This program is free to all military veterans, but registration is required.
